Sierra and Hunter held an elegant country East Texas Wedding at the Lazy F Ranch. The girls wore beautiful pale pink dresses and the guys sported country style outfits with blue jeans and custom branded cowboy hats. It was the perfect attire for this laid back yet elegant country wedding. Their decorations were sweet and simple, with a delicate country flair which fit their wedding theme marvelously.
The forecast called for thunderstorms, yet it turned out to be an absolutely gorgeous day! I think Sierra’s dad was looking out for her giving her sunshine and a perfect sunset. Unfortunately, her father passed away and wasn’t able to walk her down the aisle like she had always dreamed. His spirit was with her throughout the duration of the celebrations. She had a charm on her bouquet that held a picture of him along with a heart sewn into her dress from one of his shirts that walked with her as she walked down the aisle. Other pictures and memories were scattered throughout the venue ensuring their loved ones were remembered. Sierra’s uncle and cousin stepped in to walk her down the aisle and when it came time for the father daughter dance, several men from Sierra’s life took turns having a special dance with her. The DJ even played the song twice just to get all those that loved her in. It was a very emotional night, to say the least!
Fun is a major understatement when it comes to this couple’s reception. They had the most wonderful group of family and the goofiest and energetic bridal party I’ve had in a long time. The evening was completed with a full candy bar and even a margarita machine! Hunter and Sierra were sent off with a magical sparkler exit surrounded by so many family and friends!
