Blake + Jill | Charming Summer wedding at Briscoe Manor | Houston, Texas

There are so many things about this day that I continuously fall in love with again as I look through these images!! Jill’s dress, the florals, the venue, the bridal party dresses, the groom’s suit, Every details was all perfectly put together.  I met Jill in person, the day of her wedding and she has the most infectious personality. I don’t believe I ever saw her with out a smile.  When I finally met Blake, He was so excited that the day had finally arrived. He was nervous and ready to see his bride.

Blake and Jill’s wedding day was full of emotions and love from start to finish and you will see that in so many of their images. One thing that I especially loved about this wedding was how special the family was. Their family was part of their wedding in so many special ways.  It made for such a personal and meaningful day. The Mother of the Groom made him funfetti cupcakes as his cake because they are his absolute favorite!! The Groom’s Sister in law, Mother, and several other family members also decorated the entire reception venue by hand. All of the details were gorgeous with natural greens, light pinks, blue, purples, and cream. Blake’s brother, Brent, also officiated their wedding ceremony…how special!?

It was super sweet and personal and there wasn’t a dry eye! Especially from the Groom!! When Jill came down the aisle, he had the most precious reaction seeing the woman who was about to become his wife. The high ceilings in the ceremony area and hints of florals were such a beautiful view as they became husband and wife.

The Briscoe Manor was such a stunning venue and it fit their day perfectly. With light and bright colors, it complimented all of those wonderful designs the Groom’s sister in law made come to life. Jill’s bouquet was stunning with muted colors to pull in the mauve and purple of her bridesmaids’ full-length gowns. The men were looking dapper in their simplistic navy suits and boutonnieres as well! The couple’s reception was equally as fun, beautiful, and emotional. The first dances were perfect and sweet. The dance floor was filled with friends and family all evening. toward the end of the night, they had one of the HUGEST Aggie’s circle as they sang the Texas A&M fight song. They exited under a shower of white rose petals off to a surprise honeymoon only Blake knew of the location of !!

The night was full of so many great people celebrating this charming couple. It was an absolute honor to be a part of it.

It’ll be hard not to fall in love with them as you relive their wedding day!
