Q: Are you Full or part-time?
A: I am a full-time business owner. Photography is my passion that I got to make into my career.

Q: What type of Gear do you carry?
A: I carry top of the line professional gear in my photography arsenal. This include, 2 Nikon Professional Full frame cameras, 3 primes lenses, and an Off-camera lighting system. In addition to the digital gear, I also carry and shoot Film when circumstances allow.

Q: Are you Insured and a tax-legal registered business?
A: Yes! In short, RJP is Fully insured and covers several issues that could arise. If you’d like to know more about whats insured, just asked. I am also a proper tax paying legal business in the State of Texas. Which is why I MUST charge sales tax.

Q: How many images should I expect from my wedding?
A: Each wedding is different, but a normal 8-hour wedding could yield anywhere from 600 - 900 images.

Q: How many images should I expect from my portrait session?
A: Engagement session : 25-40 || Bridals : 15-20

Q: When can we see our photos?
A: Turn around time for Weddings is 6-8 weeks. I try my best to post a preview the same night, so you have a photo to share immediately. A blog post with 50+ images will be posted 2-3 weeks after your wedding and the final gallery will be delivered 6-8 weeks after your wedding.

Q: What is your back up system for images?
A: At this time, all images are immediately transferred to my main edited computer, a second set is backed up to a physical hard drive both sets are backed up daily in an offset backup system as well as the cloud.

Q: What happens if you are sick and/or injured and cannot shoot our wedding?
A: I have an amazing set of associate photographers (Leah & Jordan Kinney) that not only second shoot 80% of my weddings with me, BUT lead the other 20% of weddings in my place. Should they be unavailable? I have lots of amazingly talented local photographers that I use as back-ups for my back-ups. My associate photographers are fully briefed on all weddings prior to arrival. Rest assured every effort will be made to ensure your special day runs smoothly and without a hitch.

Q: Will the associate photographers and assistants hired for my wedding be ones you have used before.
A: YES! As stated above My main associate shooters,Leah and Jordan, shoot 80% of my weddings with me. When they aren’t second shooting, they are leading a wedding in my place through my associate program. They both have worked with me for 2 years and counting. When they aren’t with me and I hired out a backup second shooter, I have several that I have either trained personally or have worked with on several prior occasions.
